Appointments

To speak to a clinician:

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Your appointment

When you send an online request, you can request how you would like to be consulted:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email.

However, it is the clinician’s decision what the best method of dealing with your issue is. Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you can be helped sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app).
  • use your Systmonline account
  • phone our dedicated cancellation line on 01255 687285, Monday to Friday, when we are open
    • If this goes to voicemail, please leave your name, date of birth and appointment date and time so that we can find you on our records.
  • visit the surgery, Monday to Friday, when we are open
